Masukkan air atau santan cair sehingga beras tersebut kembang dan garam secukup nya. Kukus buat kali kedua. Masukkan nasi ke dalam pengukus dan kukus sehingga naik wap. Biarkan seketika. Setelah itu, angkat dan pindahkan ke dlm bekas. masukkan gula dan santan yg dibancuh dengan sedikit air. Masukkan santan ke dalam periuk yang berasingan. Santan tersebut hendaklah dibancuh terlebih dahulu dgn 1 liter air. Masak santan tersebut dgn api yg perlahan selama 30-40 minit. Kacau sekali- sekala supaya santan tidak berketul. kemudian masukkan bhn2 yg di blend ke dalam santan. cili kering di blend dan di tumis dgn minyak di dalam kuali. Bila dah agak garing, masukkan rempah.tumis sehingga naik minyak, masukkan belacan(kalo tak tumis rempah pon tak apa2.ikut citarasa masing2.). Bhn tumis dimasukkan ke dalam santan. Masukkan gula, garam, ajinomoto dan asam keping. Tunggu sehingga mendidih dan naik minyak barulah masuk ikan tongkol yg direbus. Air rebusan ikan tongkol turut dimasukkan. Sebab resepi buat sendiri, bolehlah... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Bihun&lt;br /&gt;2. Bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;3. Bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;4. Ikan bilis&lt;br /&gt;5. Sawi&lt;br /&gt;6. Lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;7. Minyak masak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Goreng ikan bilis sehingga garing.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan gula pasir, kacau hingga ia larut. &lt;br /&gt;3.Asingkan 500 ml agar-agar, bubuh di dalam periuk lain di atas api kecil. &lt;br /&gt;4.Kacau tepung kastard bersama susu cair dan telur di dalam mangkuk hingga ia sebati.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bahagikan ia dua bahagian. &lt;br /&gt;6.Tuang sebahagian kastard di dalam agar-agar pertama, kacau hingga ia sebati. &lt;br /&gt;7.Tuang ia di dalam acuan pilihan.
